Springtime In Virginia Beach
I love springtime in Virginia Beach. You can literally feel the town come to life. There is something about being in a beach town that changes the energy during the warmer seasons. For me, it's the anticipation of what is to come, of what is possible. There are plenty of things to do here, even in winter, but in the summer, the options expand even more. In addition to all the waterways that come to life, we have miles and miles of coastline on which to play. As a father of young children I love going to Sandbridge and just letting my girls soak up the beach life that I didn't experience growing up in Tennessee. But summer in a beach town goes well beyond that. There are festivals, art fairs, concerts, carnivals, sporting events, farmers markets, so on and so forth. You can pick strawberries in Pungo or hike the trails at First Landing State Park (by the way, this is also awesome in winter). You can search for dolphins in the Atlantic, paddle the Back Bay, or play on one of the countless neighborhood playgrounds. The options border on endless. As an agent, I want to help you find a house that helps you engage in the kind of life you want to live here in Virginia Beach. Whether that means living close to your office to minimize your commute, or being near the water to maximize fun, I can help. Just like the activities are endless, so are the options when it comes to real estate. We have a vibrant and diverse market here, and spring is a wonderful time to explore. Don't hesitate to reach out with any questions as you consider your move. Thanks for coming to my page! And have an awesome spring!
